Type Experiments

Our class was given a short essay by Dawna Markova, “Experiment and Learn.” We were instructed to make two layouts for the essay; they did not have to remain legible.

I went into it with a “type as image” approach and am very pleased with the results.

Both experiments were created in Illustrator.
