Unused Website Design Layout

This was a web layout that I presented to a BSU department. I like some of the things going on, but navigation and such still needed a lot of work.

The arid ground shown at the top of the page would have been a Flash movie that would have animated, morphed, or somehow became lush prairies, lakes, etc. This was to go along with the irrigation theme and symbolism of water that they wanted.

Instead they went with my other design, which I wholeheartedly agree with.
