My final oil painting in my painting class. I chose to do a self portrait.

It was the end of the semester, and, as usual, projects were mounting up. Very stressful. So I depicted myself working with the environment around me in a state of confusion and disarray. I wanted to apply the paint in a way that allowed the drips and runs to become a major factor of the painting.
